We are currently a private-pay practice and do not participate directly with insurance plans. This allows us to provide a more personalized, attentive, and flexible care experience tailored to your individual needs.
For patients who wish to seek potential out-of-network reimbursement, we are happy to provide a superbill that may be submitted to your insurance provider.
Initial Evaluation — $200
A comprehensive initial appointment designed to thoughtfully explore your concerns, history, and individualized treatment goals.
Follow-Up Visits — $150
Ongoing sessions focused on continued support, medication management, and personalized care.
Monthly Membership Plan — $99/month
Patients enrolled in our monthly plan receive follow-up visits of up to 30 minutes, offering convenient and consistent access to care at a reduced rate.
